The War Hammer Plus™ was designed for use in exercises targeting the lower body.  The longer shaft makes room for a standard squat pad (shown but NOT included) to be added for comfort, and allows the bar to rest on the shoulder. In addition, the squat pad may be removed and the War Hammer Plus™ can be used in the same manner as those with the shorter shaft.  Exercises that can be preformed include:  Lineman squat, Hack Squat, Sumo Squat and many more!
